Bottles, jars, closures and tubes in standard geometries, produced to order from existing moulds.
Direct printing on the part in up to 3 colours. Flame pre-treatment with instant UV cure, or thermal cure on a conveyor. Open Pantone palette, subject to the ink supplier.
Part development from the 3D drawing to the mould, prototype and series production, for applications outside the catalogue.
You bring the mould and the resin; Inplasse runs the line. You pay for machine, energy and labour.
